Highlight Native American Heroes

We work with Native American luminaries such as Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipient Suzan Shown Harjo, Olympic Gold Medalist and Marine Corps Veteran Billy Mills, Academy Award Winner Wes Studi, United States Poet Laureate Joy Harjo, and countless other heroes to highlight their contributions to culture and inspire the next generation of Native American Heroes.
Advance Narrative Change in Native Communities Through Art

We work to create art, across multiple mediums, that not only entertains and informs, but also pushes the needle for societal change. That impact can be clearly seen in the impact of Imagining The Indian: The Fight Against Native American Mascoting. From facilitating mascot removal and name changes at the secondary school level, all the way to the highest levels of professional sports, we are advancing narrative change in real and tangible ways.
Promote Native Culture Through the Arts

We are dedicated to providing a space for Native Americans to tell their own stories, as demonstrated by the teams behind Imagining The Indian and Loyal To The Soil. This dedication can also be seen in the composition of our Board, which is made up of a diverse collection of Native Americans and Allies who share the organization's vision to empower Indigenous storytelling.
